The Land of 10,000 lakes is the state I currently call home.  The Twin Cites of Minneapolis and St. Paul are home to the majority of Minnesotans.  It has many great public courses and the privates are some of the best in the country.  The true Northwoods golf experience is a couple hour drive north of the Cities.  Minnesota has a number of courses ranking in the 100 of the country.
