Review: Sunice "Silver" Bremer Polo

It’s all in the Silver Lining
From the outside the Sunice Bremer Polo from the Silver Collection looks like any other polo.  But there is more to this polo than meets the eye.  The X-Static silver lining is a really cool touch of technology for a polo.

This polo offers a whole list of really nice features.

4 Button placket—I like the extra button option for the collar so you can go a little more formal buttoned up or a little more Don Johnson Miami Vice style without looking over the top either way.

Self fabric collar—There is nothing worse than having a nice shirt with a poor collar.  But the Sunice Self Fabric collar stands nicely and maintained its sharp shape wash after wash.

Fashion contrast stitch—I am a fan of contrast stitching.  I think that most products look really nice with this subtle color accent.  It is not too much, just a touch of style.

Straight Athletic Fit–I think that this shirt has just about the perfect cut for golf.  It is well fitted and slimmer though the mid-section but just the right amount of room and flex for the swing.  It is also long in the torso so that it remains tucked in for an entire round.  Nothing worse than a short, wide polo.  The shoulder seams are right on spot and the sleeves end about mid-bicep.  I wear a size M in most brands and this M fit me perfectly as well.

Thermodynamic performance/Moisture wicking—While this isn’t the lightest weight shirt that I have, it is amazingly cool and comfortable on even the hottest of days.  The X-Static (silver lining) really works to release the heat and moisture while keeping your temperature at the optimal level.

Anti-microbial/Anti-odor/Anti-static—The X-Static also keeps that nasty Dry-Fit stink away.  If you’ve ever owned a dry-fit shirt before, you know exactly the smell I am talking about.  While they are as cool, comfortable and stylish as it gets, they somehow absorb the sweat and it mutates into a really unpleasant smell sometimes.  The silver lining of this shirt, what looks like silver threaded stripes, on the inside keep all that oder under control.

While many of these features are hidden under the surface, this really is a high quality, great fitting, nice looking polo that even after many wears and washes, still looks like new.  I’m not often impressed by polo shirts, but the Sunice Bremer Polo from the Silver Collection is one of the best.
