Cleveland Classic Driver
Growing up I played persimmon woods. They had a distinct look, a muted sound and a crisp feel that is lost in today's giant metal drivers. They also had a sweet spot the size of a pin head. While the Cleveland Classic is still a giant metal driver, (actually the deepest face of any I've seen) it took me back to those childhood rounds with a persimmon driver. The burgundy crown, the gold tone face and sole just reminded me of those antique drivers. The appearance was retro, the performance was pure 2012. For the full review...here!
