Classic Brand With A Modern Flair
There are some classic names in golf history: Palmer, Nickalaus, Player, Woods and Hogan that at some point in time have had apparel named or designed after them.
While those brands haven’t always been my “go-to” apparel companies, they often offer a style or logo that represents one of the greatest golfers of all time.
The 2026 Ben Hogan Golf Apparel line is one of those classic names that offers a surprisingly modern flair to line of golf apparel.
I was blown away by how comfortable, how stylish and how modern (without being over-the-top) the new Ben Hogan Golf Apparel is.
I’ve been wearing their new shorts, pants and shirts for the last month both on and off the course.

Basic Styles
Ben Hogan Golf Apparel is a full line of apparel with virtually every golf polo, pants or shorts you could ever want.
They offer some of the more basic styles like this black polo.
It pairs perfectly with their grey pants or shorts.
The material is modern and the fit is just right.
I found myself very comfortable and subtly dressed in this plain black polo.
Since the logo is black on black it works for the office as well as the golf course.
You can get a basic style from Ben Hogan that isn’t always available from all brands.
Classic Looks
If you want to take a step forward in style you can move to a more classic look with some modern touches.
The Ben Hogan Apparel line also has a really nice patterned polo.
It is very subtle so if might look fairly plain from a distance, but up close it has a beautiful almost paisley pattern.
The collar stands tall with a different material and it pairs perfectly with Ben Hogan classic khaki shorts.
They have a little stretch in the waistband for extra comfort and fit just right.
This look is perfect for the golf course and you’ll fit right in at the country club or the local muni.
Bold Patterns
The Ben Hogan Golf Apparel line also has some bold patterns to appeal to the modern golfer.
Even with the bold diamond pattern of this Ben Hogan Polo, it still does it in a way that is classy and subtle.
It is one of their bolder shirts, but still classic enough to wear to “casual friday” at the office, but feels a little more bold when playing 18 holes.
It pairs with just about any color shorts or pants.
The fit is spot on too for a M shirt. All their shirts were flexible, comfortable and moisture-wicking.
I played in some really warm winter days in Mexico wearing these, and they were perfect.
“Grey Sweatpants”
There was one piece from the Ben Hogan Golf Apparel line that stood out above the rest.
The Heather Grey Golf Pants are my favorite pair of golf pants I own.
They have this “grey sweatpants” look that is surprisingly awesome on the golf course, but also in formal settings.
They fit perfectly and are super comfortable in a lightweight tech material.
I think I would wear these everyday if that was socially acceptable.
They look casual and comfortable, while being stylish enough that you can wear them to the office or out for dinner.
They also make shorts of the same material that look amazing too.
Summary
Ben Hogan Golf Apparel might not have been your first thought for getting new golf cloths for 2026, but I have to admit, this classic brand knocked it out of the park with their modern style, comfortable fit, excellent materials and wide variety of patterns.
If nothing else, I highly recommend the heather grey pants, they are my favorite pants I own.
It is a new year and time to get some new golf apparel.
Ben Hogan is an excellent choice for whatever style you need: basic, classic, or bold but all with a modern twist.
