Every golf training aid promises to make you a better golfer. They all promise that you will be shooting your best scores in no time. Whatever the contraption, whatever silly moves you need to make, whatever form of a club you use; they all promise results. However over the years I’ve found very few training aids that get used long term. They all kind of come and go with little real change to my swing or success on the course.
The GolfForever Training System is different. It is golf specific fitness program with workout equipment and integrated swing training tips. It is more about getting your body in shape, your motions synced and preventing injuries. There is a reason the #1 golfer in the world Scottie Scheffler uses it. It doesn’t make his swing picture perfect, but it keeps him strong, flexible and able to avoid injuries. The GolfForever Equipment
The GolfForever Training System is an all-in-one golf gym equipment package that included everything you need for training. The main component is the 44.5 training bar. It is the base piece for many of the workouts. There are 2 resistance bands (medium and light) which connect to the training bar and an anchor point. There are 2 ball weights that attach to the training bar. There are 2 handles that can attach to the resistance bands. This all fits in the carry bag/travel bag for use at home or on the road.
If you want to dive deeper into the training and equipment there are some additional items that have for sale or packages that include them for an even more all-in-one package for workout and training. You could skip your gym membership, you don’t need a huge in-home gym set-up, but you could simply get this compact package and do workouts and training right at home.




The GolfForever App
The GolfForever Training System includes access to the app. (for 1 year on most orders; but 30 days on others). The app builds workouts for you each day that blend isometric, plyometric, strength, aerobic and swing training all into a 2-part work out. They have a variety of trainers that walk you through the moves and do the work outs with you. They mix it up every day so that you aren’t doing the same routine day after day. I’ve used it now for a number of weeks and I’ve yet to do the same workout twice.
Sometimes there are similar moves and repeated training actions, but the workout feels fresh and different every time. Unless you are a professional trainer or follow a specific program, our gym ruts can be very real of doing the same things over and over, which strengthen some muscles, but leave others vulnerable to injury. The app keeps things new and fresh and different each work out. It gives you points and challenges to motivate you each day too. Depending on your workout location, you can watch on your phone or tablet or cast it to a screen.




GolfForever Fundamental Workouts
The GolfForever Training System is broken down into a 2-part training session each day. One is fundamental, the other is rotational power. The fundamental workouts are going to be mostly strength training exercise to get your body in shape and to prevent injuries. They will have blend together yoga moves, weight lifting moves, stretching, and numerous other strength training exercises. These are simply good for your body whether you golf or not. You can follow the training to improve your health. These are a key component to golfing forever, making sure your body can. Most last between 10 to 15 minutes.



GolfForever Rotational Power Workouts
The 2nd section of the daily video training is called rotational power. The GolfForever Training System uses the training bar, weighted ball and/or resistance bands so that you can simulate golf swings. This allows you to train your muscles for golf swings. It can work on muscles hard to train in a traditional gym setting with weights and machines. Since every workout was designed by golfers for golfers, these greatly help your swing mechanics too.
In order to do the various workout you typically need enough space to swing and an anchor point. I do my workout in the iGR office by Carl’s Place DIY Simulator and can attach the resistance bands to the door handle. That is what makes this system so great is that you can take it with you on the go as well as using it at home. Most hotel rooms offer enough space to swing the training bag and a door handle to attach the resistance bands.

Sorry to say, but the GolfForever Training System is not going to make you the #1 golfer in the world, but there is a reason Scottie Scheffler uses it and so should you. The equipment paired with the training videos creates an all-in-one workout package that allow you to get stronger, be more flexible, and swing better. You could cancel your gym membership and do all your training from home and on the go. The tools come in a nice travel ready package and the app offers so much variety of training that you never get bored.
The best way to golf forever is to train your body so that it can. This is the best golf strength, fitness and mobility training aid. If you want to improve your health, avoid injuries and get better at golf, it starts with your body. This training aid is going to help get your body in the best golf shape so that you can play stronger, longer and in better form.
