Super Versatile Monopod and Magnetic Phone Holder For Video While Keeping Your Phone Accessible and Charged
While avoiding your phone for 4 hours might be the best thing for your golf game, there is plenty to learn from videos of your swing too.
The Rokform Golf Shooter Pro is a versatile monopod that can be stuck in the ground to record any shot, while have a strong magnetic top that can hold your phone on the tripod or be pulled off and stuck to the cart to hold your phone during the round.
I’ve been surprised and impressed by the powerful magnets and usage of this monopod and phone holder/charger before and during my rounds of golf.
I used it for multiple range sessions as well as mounting my phone to the cart while playing for easy access to my phone.

Magnetic Cart Phone Holder + Phone Case
The top of the Rokform Golf Shooter Pro is a magnetic phone holder that tips off the shaft of the monopod via MAGMAX magnets so it can be attached to the cart arm as shown above.
The adjustable swivel allow you to get your phone at the perfect angle for viewing.
The strong magnets in the holder work great with any iPhone.
If you want strong attachment, the RokForm Phone case has a MAGMAX insert making it rock solid on the holder.
It handled every bump without moving but yet is very easy to remove if you want to take your phone off for pictures or other on-course usage.

MonoPod For Video
The Rokform Golf Shooter Pro uses an extra stiff steel shaft with a Rokform tour velvet grip as the base of the monopod.
The magnetic phone holder screws onto the top or a regular camera can be screwed on.
You simply stick it in the ground where ever your want and turn your video on for capturing swings at the range or on the course.
Just be careful on the course that you don’t forget it when you move on to your next shot. (speaking from experience)
The phone holder comes with nice zipped hard case so that you don’t bang it on your clubs since it fit perfectly in a slot in any golf bag.
From Range to Cart
The Rokform Golf Shooter Pro is far more versatile than I expected.
I initially saw it as a “one trick pony” but surprizing found myself using it on every round.
I love the monopod for capturing swing videos and even getting really good time lapse videos.
Tipping off the magnetic phone holder for attaching it to the cart has really be great for keeping my phone close at hand while playing.
It even worked as a stable way to capture videos off the cart too.
The ability to charge my phone through the mag mount was a nice bonus, especially since almost all carts have USB plugs now.
Powerful Magnets
The Rokform Golf Shooter Pro is really driven by the MAGMAX magnets in both the base points of the phone holder.
I’ve been impressed with how solid it connects to the Rokform Phone case, especially with the stronger magnet installed.
However that means you can’t charge your phone through that magnet.
But I was plenty confident with just the regular phone magnets that I never worried about my phone falling off the mount or the mount falling off the cart.
Yet I felt it was easy to remove when I needed to.
Summary
The Rokform Golf Shooter Pro monopod/phone mount was a surprising product for how much I use it and love it.
The versatility and multi-use features kept this in my bag round after round.
While I’m not taking video of every shot and every range session, being able to set it up quickly, move it easily, and then tip off the top as a cart mount phone holder means that my phone was charged, held safe, and always at the ready for my entire round.
The extra stiff steel shaft, tour velvet grip and zipper case give it a nice “golf” touch.
I highly recommend having this in your bag.
