Stewart Golf NEXAS Hybrid Stand Bag Review
The Ultimate Follow Cart Deserves A Bag Worthy Of Riding Along
The Stewart Golf Q-Follow Electric Caddie Cart is the ultimate follow cart.
I’ve used it now for 3 golf seasons and it makes walking 18 holes enjoyable.
It is the autonomous version of having a caddie lug around your clubs for your 4 hour round.
While it’s built to hold virtually any golf bag from a large cart bag to a skinny stand bag, nothing is better than having a bag built specifically to ride on this cart.
The Stewart Golf NEXAS Hybrid Stand Bag offers the best of all worlds in a bag specifically designed to ride perfected on a Stewart Golf Cart, but yet functions just as well of the cart while walking or if you have a round that requires you to take riding carts.
The combination of features, material, style, top, storage, and stand make this a complete bag.
You don’t need to have different bags for different rounds of golf, but this one bag works no matter how you are choosing to move around the golf course on any given day.
If you are looking for the perfect companion to your Stewart Golf Cart, this is it.
This is my official Stewart Golf NEXAS Hybrid Stand Bag Review.

Roll, Ride Or Walk With This Bag
Hybrid bags are becoming really popular because of their versatility.
While it might seem like the Stewart Golf NEXAS Hybrid Stand Bag is just a plain stand bag, but what makes it a hybrid is the bigger size and more pocket.
It is closer in size to many cart bag, but still has legs and dual carry straps.
Because it is bigger, it isn’t going to be the bag of choice for walking with it on your back for 80% of your rounds.
However if you are traveling without your Q-Follow Cart, this one will still work really well for walking.
It is also great on the range or on the back of a power cart.
It is incredibly versatile for any way you are going to play 18 holes.

The Perfect Design For the Stewart Q-Follow
The ideal use of the Stewart Golf NEXAS Hybrid Stand Bag is on a Q-Follow Cart.
The base plate has a notch to perfectly slide onto the lower bracket.
This keeps it square and secure so that it doesn’t twist on the cart.
You still need to use the lower bungee cord to keep it tight to the cart.
The upper has a plastic/rubber panel just above the stand mechanism so that it rights tight against the upper bracket of the cart.
It also reduces wear and tear on the bag from being strapped down.
Since this bag was designed for this cart, it is the perfect fit.
No other bag can compete with the stability on the Q-Follow Cart.

Pockets For Everything
The Stewart Golf NEXUS Hybrid Stand Bag isn’t a minimalist bag, but a hybrid cart/stand bag that allows it to have many pockets.
This bag has a ton of storage.
While it can still be carried for 18 holes, be careful not to fill up every pocket or you’ll have one heavy bag.
There are 2 large spine pockets for balls, accessories and anything you need quickly, one being magnetic and the other zipper.
One side of the bag has 3 pockets for rain gear, valuables and whatever else you want.
The shorter pocket on the other side is a cooler pocket for drinks.
Another non-zipper pocket is on that side which is perfect for just dropping something in quickly like a wallet or phone.
It also has 2 water bottle flaps to bring along plenty for hydration.

14-Way Top For The Win
While it is called a hybrid bag, it is still aimed at the walking golfer.
The 14 way top is perfect when on the Q-follow or when carrying the stand bag with the large putter well at the top and then the cascading design for the other clubs.
If you put it on the back of a power cart, it has that reverse slat which has wedges in the back behind your woods and stuff.
However, you can rearrange your layout since it is a fairly flat top.
The grab handles are in all the right spots for getting the bag from car to cart to course and back.
The top and slots are all big enough and well arranged to make it easy on retrieving clubs from your bag during the round.

Summary
It is kind of a no-brainer to get this bag if you have a Stewart Golf Cart.
The Stewart Golf NEXAS Hybrid Stand Bag is the perfect and worthy compliment to the Q-Follow.
I’ve been so happy how it rode on the cart without moving or twisting while playing 18 holes.
It only comes in grey, but looks really sharp on the black cart. It has just the right amount of logos to keep it subtle and classy, but you can still see that you are rocking a Stewart bag and cart.
If you mostly walk with your Stewart cart, but sometimes travel without it and other times end up using a power cart, this hybrid design is perfect.
