The secret to unlocking your full potential of speed starts at the ground. If you want to make the biggest speed gains, start with the SuperSpeed Training System, but if you want to take that speed to the next level and maximize those results you’ll need to focus on your balance and use of the ground. The SuperSpeed Force Board Pro Training Aid builds balance and power into your swing from the ground up. You can unlock more arm speed and strength by good lower body mechanics. I start my mornings in the IGR Office by Carl’s Place DIY Simulators doing yoga and then I swing SuperSpeed Sticks on even days and now I’ve added the SuperSpeed Force Board Pro on odd days.

This is my official SuperSpeed Force Board Pro Training Aid Review.

SuperSpeed Force Board Pro Training Aid

The Board + Attachments

The SuperSpeed Force Board Pro Training Aid is big. This is not one of those training aids that you can throw in the bag and use quickly before a round of golf. The Force Board Pro is a serious training aid that is about long-term improvement. It is a large and fairly heavy blue plastic board with multiple rubber attachments. Some attachments go on the top and some on the bottom to improve your balance and use of the ground. They create an unbalanced board so that you use your body to feel balance. Then there are other bright colored stars, domes and pegs for under your feet that create a sensation of pressure so that you make use of your lower body and ground during a swing. It comes in a nice carrying bag if you want take it to the range. I used my exclusively indoors.

2 Types of Drills On The App

The SuperSpeed Force Board Pro Training Aid can be used in 2 ways: to work on balance and/or power. All of the drills are found in the app which has a basic free version and a paid full subscription to unlock all of the training modules. The balance section is really a version of “yoga” that works core muscles and lower body so that you can strengthen your balance. The Ground Force section is about getting the most out of your swing by pressure points and balance during the swing. It is not a quick fix or fast gains, but takes time to train the lower body in order to unlock your full swing potential. I wish they included a booklet of instructions for the Force Board Pro. The app keeps track of everything and even has a leader-board for friendly competition, but I’m still old school and prefer paper instructions.

Feedback and Results

I’ve been using it for 2 months and am finally starting to feel the difference in my swing and lower body balance. I think 6 months is probably more realistic to see the gains from a dedicated training program like this. The “Balance” training is quicker, easier and really useful for anyone to take up and find benefits from. The “Ground Force” training is slower, a little more complicated and will eventually pay off on the course. I absolutely love how it is getting me to focus on better lower body mechanics for a more powerful swing. I saw quick speed gains with the SuperSpeed “sticks” but not always better golf results. The Force Board Pro is helping me build a more balanced and powerful swing from the ground up, it just takes time to get the better results.

Summary

The SuperSpeed Force Board Pro Training Aid works with time and dedication. You are probably going to want to pony up the extra subscription fee so that you can do more than just level 1 drills. You can use the board anywhere you have space to swing in club since you don’t need to hit golf balls while using it. If you are dedicated to improving and want to unlock those swing speed gains you’ve achieved with the SuperSpeed Sticks, then this is perfect addition to your training aid stable so you can improve your balance and power from the ground up.
