Swing Minder App Review
Swing Tips In Your Pocket For Every Situation
During my last 6 rounds of golf, I found myself needing a swing tip or two in order to escape certain challenging lies, hit shaped shots and show off my golf skills.
The Swing Minder App offers tips to hit virtually any shot you can think of in a convenient app on your phone. It is both helpful, easy to use and can lower you scores after you execute that perfect shot.
This is my definitive Swing Minder App Review.

Flop Shot Over a Bunker
This is one of the most intimidating shots in golf since hitting it short puts you in the bunker, and hitting it long means you are off the green, potentially in another bunker or worse. You’ve probably heard or read a tip somewhere in some magazine, but unless you practice this all the time or have extensive notes somewhere, you’ve probably forgotten. Swing Minder App offers a convenient and searchable way to find tips and tricks for every shot.

Side Hill Lie
Even if you stripe your drive, there is a chance you’ll have to hit a side hill lie at some point during the round. Maybe you’ve got every angle for shots off hills down pat, but a little refresher when you’ve bombed a drive can help. You certainly want to take advantage of great drives with great approach shots. Swing Minder App has notes on every angle off a side hill, uphill, downhill, etc. Executing shots from these lies and getting good results can have a huge impact on your score card. If you hit the green it means potential birdie, while missing badly can mean hoping for bogey.

33+ Tips
The Swing Minder App has 33+ swing tips in 4 categories: Off the Tee, In the Fairway, Around the Green, and On the Green. It has advice for hitting basic shots like a fade or draw, to hitting the crowd pleasing stinger, to hitting a delicate flop shot around the green. If you can remember all of those swing mechanics on your own; I’m impressed. If you are a regular golfer; you’ve maybe see a YouTube video or seen a magazine article explaining how to hit one of those diffucult shots, but having them all in one place on the app is even better. I don’t suggest using Swing Minder for every shot, but if you find yourself with a tough shot, Swing Minder can walk you through the best advice on how to execute the perfect shot. (you still have to do it)
Summary
Golf is a game of navigating the misses as much as it is about hitting the perfect shots. Even after hitting one perfect shot, you may be left with a different challenging shot. The Swing Minder App helps you navigate 18 holes of golf and the challenges thrown at your during the round. It is quick, accessible, easy to use and works. You don’t have to rack your brain to remember that one swing tip your read months ago to escape a bunker; just a few quick swipes and you’ll be executing “pro” like shots from anywhere on the course. They offer a free version to test, but you need the subscription version to unlocks all of the swing tips for upcoming rounds. I’m impressed and found it useful for lowering scores when I needed help executing a difficult shot.
