How many new club purchases have lowered your handicap? Significantly? Let’s be honest: That new driver isn’t lowering your score by 5 strokes…Those new irons aren’t getting you 4 more GIR…A brand new box of ProV1s isn’t reducing your handicap a single point. I think we all honestly know that the only way to actually get better is with coaching and training. Lessons are probably the best first stop for improving your swing technique, then training at the range to ingrain those new habits. What if I told you that you could do all of that from the comfort of your home in 21 days, 12 hours, 4 range sessions and $200?

SwingForm Golf Swing Technique is a revolutionary video lesson system that is guaranteed to lower your handicap and have you shooting better scores. 3 iGolfReviews writers: Myself, Nick C. and Jeff W. have completed the program and have seen huge improvements in their swing and accuracy. The investment of time, $ and effort is so minimal compared to the massive improvements. There is nothing else like it and it works. SwingForm guarantees it and I’ll add a box of ProV1s to that guarantee.

This is my definitive SwingForm Golf Swing Technique Review.

Fastest Way To Better Scores

If you could get better at golf quicker, easier and cheaper than any other way, wouldn’t you want to try it? Craig Berman, created SwingForm Golf, which is a system of videos that teach you how to swing, swing better, and hit the ball more accurately than ever before (you might even pick up distance). What is interesting about Craig is that he is not a PGA teaching pro regurgitating the same stuff and requiring you to come back to him every week for a new tip. He is a black belt who realized that the same techniques could be applied to golf using force, gravity and your body to achieve amazing results. His approach is relatable for the “regular” golfer.

SwingForm Golf Swing Technique is best done during the off-season so you don’t self-sabotage while playing 18 holes. Ideally, you’d be faithful for 21 days straight to get better and then take it to the course. Because I don’t have 21 days off from golf reviews, it actually took me 52 days (still only 10 hours), but I was very aware of potential issues, but did everything I could to stay within the program and not give up when something was off while playing a round. While the range results might be quick, the course results might still take time and repeated training.

Easy To Follow Lessons

I’ve taken numerous lessons before and sometimes walked away more confused than improved. The SwingForm Golf Swing Technique is very easy to learn and practice. Craig walks you through set-up, take-away, and follow-through in relatable, easy and repeated terminology. Once you learn the basics, there are 6 training exercises that you do at home that support the swing and train the body to repeat it Things like: Create The Frame – The 5 Step Setup Sequence, Blind Swing, Mirror Swing, Flat Swing Palm, Swing Palm, Complete Swing – SwingFrame + Swing +Finish. Those 6 exercises make up the entire in-home training system. It takes less than an hour each of the 8 session.

The SwingForm Golf Swing Technique is really easy to follow, once you learn to navigate the website. This can be a little bit wonky and frustrating at times since he built the site and program to keep you from “cheating” or “skipping ahead”. You must do everything in order from start to finish. While the videos are easy to learn from and Craig has one of the best teaching styles I’ve ever seen, don’t expect YouTube influencer quality; he bounces around locations and formats, but be patient because it is worth it in the end with the results.

The Higher The Handicap The More Dramatic The Results

How much better are your going to get? I doubled my fairways hit with my driver, and improved overall by 12%. To be fair, I was already a low single digit handicap golfer. However, Nick C. a high handicap golfer had dramatic results seeing a 61% increase in accuracy and Jeff W. a mid handicap golfer improved y 76%. Yes, those are legit numbers of improvement that will benefit the higher handicap golfer more. If you are a beginning golfer, this is the best $200 you’ll ever spend and you’ll shock your golfing buddies how much you’ve improved and how quickly you’ve done it. The statistics from SwingForm Golf Swing Technique are almost unbelievable how all of the students have improved, and significantly so.

Summary

I’m willing to add my own money to SwingForm Golf Swing Technique’s money back guarantee. If you don’t improve after completing the course, send me an email, and I’ll send you a box of ProV1s. (obviously you’ll need to show me your SwingForm Master Scorecard) Seriously, this is the best swing lesson video series I’ve ever watched and it changed my game for the better without gadgets, tools or confusion. I guarantee it will be game changing for you too. We’ve partnered with SwingForm Golf Swing Technique to get you $200 off with code IGR200X for the first 100 readers that take advantage of this offer. I guarantee you will hit better shots and have more fun on the golf course!

SwingForm Golf Swing Technique Review by Nick Christensen

I started with SwingForm Golf after an unforgettable but somewhat frustrating trip to Dismal River in the aspect that my swing was not going well. The course was stunning, the experience was amazing, the camaraderie was wonderful — the ball striking was not. I was chunking massive divots about every third shot, and it was somewhat demoralizing. Every swing felt like guesswork. I left that trip knowing I needed something more than scattered
swing thoughts — I needed a system and a coach who could turn chaos into consistency. During the trip my friend Ryan Heiman, owner of independentgolfreviews.com asked me if I would be interested in working with Craig and his system. Immediately I said yes, knowing I needed something.

From Frustration to Repeatable Consistency
From Phase 1 onward, Craig and the SwingForm system gave me exactly what I was missing — a structured, repeatable process that I could trust. Before, every setup was different: some swings too close, others too far, shoulders open one shot, closed the next. Now, I have a set sequence and cadence to my setup that I can repeat every single time. That alone has taken a huge variable out of the equation. Even though my swing still needs reps and refinement, I finally know how to prepare and how to start. That confidence and clarity make practice purposeful and take the “mental clutter” out of every shot. It’s one less thing to worry about — I can just focus on swinging. Today, I’m chunking about 1 out of every 10 shots, compared to 1 out of 3 before the program — a massive jump in consistency and control. And my distance? It’s gone up across the bag, especially with my 8-iron, where I’ve gained about 15–20 yards, now often carrying 160+ with a higher, stronger ball flight. This is apparent on longer par 3’s where I can reach the length needed with a shorter club.

Measurable Results
SwingForm isn’t built on opinions — it’s built on data and real results. (Range results below)
-Baseline Accuracy: 39%
-Graduation Accuracy: 62.5% → 61% improvement
-FIR (Fairways in Regulation): 46% → 58%
-GIR (Greens in Regulation): 33% → 63%
-Short/Mid Iron Accuracy: PW 83%, 8i 67%, 9i 67%
-Best Session Accuracy: 100%

According to Golf Insider UK, scratch golfers average about 50% FIR and 61% GIR — which means I’m now striking at scratch-level accuracy by technical standards. Now, lets be honest, I am not even close to this, in fact my handicap has only been slightly improved, however, I have a baseline to work from and now that I have that I can start to hammer away at lowering my strokes on the course.

The Commitment
What I appreciated most was that the program is efficient. It doesn’t demand hours a day — just consistency and attention to detail.
-Total Training Time: 10 hours 36 minutes
-Program Duration: 26 days
-Sessions Completed: 8 Home + 4 Range
-Total Shots Hit: 192
-Total Drills Completed: 384
-Average Home Session: 51 minutes
-Average Range Session: 57 minutes

The best part: you can do almost all of it in your backyard and your local range. The short, follow-along video tutorials are perfect — they’re clear, simple, and demonstrate exactly what to do. It’s not theoretical or overwhelming; you just watch, copy, and build reps. The video library is set up so you can train alongside the instructor, making it ideal for golfers at any level. I literally would just have my computer outside next to me and follow along.

Craig’s Coaching: Personal, Practical, and Professional
Craig is one of those rare coaches who combines technical depth with genuine care for your progress. He watched my swing videos, analyzed them, and responded with specific, actionable advice. This was over and above what he needed to do.

Here are a few key changes that made the biggest difference in my swing:
-Setting the shoulders in the setup. This is now a natural part of my set up.
-Learning to walk into the ball, ensuring the club’s sweet spot aligns naturally behind the ball. This is still work in progress but has become much more comfortable and natural now. And it is about constantly setting up the same way each time.
-Slowing the backswing to “breath speed” and waiting for the natural wrist break before transition.
-Accelerating through the downswing at 100%, especially with longer clubs. “Punching to my backfoot.”
-Using blind swings and flat-palm drills to build feel and tempo awareness.

When I fell behind during a busy week, Craig’s response was simple: “All good — someone’s life gets in the way of golf.” That kind of patience and perspective made me want to keep going. His coaching is structured but human — professional, encouraging, and deeply knowledgeable.

The Mental Shift
Before SwingForm, golf felt unpredictable. Some days I’d hit it pure; other days (most days), it was chaos. Now, I have a setup sequence and swing cadence that give me control before I even start the motion. That repeatable routine eliminates the biggest source of inconsistency: uncertainty.
Even though my swing is still evolving, I finally know what to practice and why it matters. I have the framework to build confidence every time I step to the ball. That alone has transformed how I approach both practice and play.

The Takeaway
In just 10½ hours of structured, coach-guided training over less than a month, I went from chunking the earth every third swing at Dismal River to hitting at scratch-level accuracy with real confidence and control (on the range). Over time my hope is that it starts to convert and become natural on the course. Not there yet but vastly improving. The SwingForm system gives you a measurable, repeatable way to improve, and Craig gives you the personal attention and expertise to make it stick. Between the concise, follow-along videos, the flexible training setup, and the individualized feedback, it’s easily the most effective and sustainable golf improvement program I’ve ever tried. If you want to stop guessing, gain distance, and build a swing you can trust and predict, Craig and SwingForm Golf are the real deal.

My Golf Swing Lessons Journey

I started golfing in the summer of 2014, for the last 8 years I have been on the golf course at least once a week. After a few years of trying to figure it out on my own by watching YouTube videos, I decided it was time to take lessons. The average price for my lessons was about $95 per session. I saw him numerous times over the span of a couple years. He helped lower my scores, but probably costing me well over $1000. Just think of how my rounds of golf I could have played instead. However lower scores make golf more fun. So it is a tough choice: Lessons or Greens Fees?

Taking A Chance

I jumped at the opportunity to review Swingform Golf when I was asked to participate. I have done other types of training through online videos. I have investigated golf fitness training programs I’ve seen on Instagram, so for me, using a golf training system by video felt pretty normal. The Swingform Golf program is designed to take 26 days. However, it took me a little longer as I had some unusual travel plans and didn’t always have golf clubs with me.

Starting the Training

After you set up an account, you get a couple quick videos to watch so you can start the program with a baseline test to see where you are at. Once that is uploaded you get access to the rest of the videos along with planned homework that you send in. As you continue to do your homework over the course of a couple week, you get feedback on the results and then more homework to do until you complete the entire training program in roughly 26 days.

Results

The results for me were really good (pretty similar to everyone else who has tried it). I improved by 76%. That is a huge improvement and something I never saw from my $1000s lessons from a PGA instructor. What is is even more impressive is how short of a time span I achieved it. The homework, or swing training drills that I did at home took me 6 ½ hours total. In addition, I had 5 sessions on the range. So, after 12 hours, I now have a swing that is repeatable. Another bonus is that I have a training session that I can go back and refer to (Infinity program) and refresh my swing at anytime without paying more money to a coach. I have confidence that the ball will go where I want it to go. I am gaining yardage, without swinging out of my shoes to do it. I personally feel that this is the swing that I can have until God takes me home.

Video Lessons, but Personal Touch

It did take me reviewing the program a few times to make sure I was following the program correctly, but that is how I learn. Craig, Swingform Golf CEO, has been great to work with, informative, supportive and enthusiastic about my progress. The videos and website are not as polished and professional as some others out there, but what you learn in Swingform Golf is the best there is! So I could keep paying a coach $100 for every lesson and that might go on for years or the $200 deal on IGR I can use as needed to touch up my new and improved swing. I now have golf funds freed up to use for green fees instead of lessons. Plus I’m playing better golf!!

What to Expect

Some good things to know before you buy: you need a mirror available to you to watch yourself swing, a driving range or indoor simulator, and an area that you can swing a club in a full circle around you (watch out for the wall behind you) and the desire to strike the ball consistently and accurately! I am not a professional golfer, but I consistently score between 85-90 and my Garmin/18 birdies 13 handicap is 13. My program results have me lowering my scores. My goal is more GIR’s and scoring in the low 80’s consistently in 2026. I can already see the consistency of ball striking showing up on the course.
