Total Sticks Golf Alignment Sticks Training Aid Review
A Simple Concept Is A Total Game Changer
There are thousands of training aids out there and figuring out which one will actually help is confusing.
I honestly hate most training aids.
However there are a few that have helped my swing over the years. Total Sticks Golf Alignment Sticks Training Aid are the newest total game changer.
Something so simple has actually improved my game more than anything else I’ve ever used.
I’ve used them for 5 weeks and my ball striking is the best its ever been.
If you are starting out or are looking for more consistent ball contact, these are a simple and effective way to improve your golf game.
This is my definitive Total Sticks Golf Alignment Sticks Training Aid Review.

Ball Position in Relationship to Foot Position
I had been taught that ball position moves from front foot toward your back foot as you move from driver to wedge.
While the basic premise is true the Total Sticks Golf Alignment Sticks have colored markings for where your feet should be for every club in the bag with minimal ball movement.
For me the full swing alignment stick was the most game changing.
How? Less ball movement in the stance and just moving my feet about an inch per club was game changing.
My iron game specifically immediately got better after one range session.
I’ll admit it felt awkward at first, but the results spoke for themselves with perfect contact and flight.

Putting Stroke Length
Since a large portion of the strokes counted are on the greens, getting assistance there can be game changing too.
The big question is how do you stroke your putter for distance.
Total Sticks Golf Putter Alignment Stick has backstroke markings to help you dial in distance.
If you go to the green ones it should go 4′, yellow 6′, red 8′ etc.
If you use the short game stick then you have your feet position too.
This is another simple tool, but incredibly effective at dialing in the length of the stroke connected to the length of the putt.

Wedge Stance Based On The Shot
The hardest part to teach most amateur golfers is the short game.
How do you hit all the different shots?
The Short Game Stick is the best tool I’ve ever seen at helping address these questions with stance and ball position.
The adjustments are much smaller than I made while golfing which is probably why my short game was helped so much with these sticks too.
The 5 positions help the golfer develop a versatile short game.
I think the other 2 sticks offered instant improvement, I think this stick does too, but takes a little longer to see the results on the course because learning distance control with wedges is still tough, even with a better set up.

Total Game Changer??
Total Stick Golf Alignment Sticks Training Aid have honestly blown me away with their total game changing influence.
I had been wrong for so many years about ball position that I would have never guessed these could have helped so much.
By the way I regularly shoot in the 70s so its not like my game was bad, but these sticks really helped dial in my feet and ball position on the course.
You can’t use these sticks while golfing so keeping those color codes in mind takes time and muscle memory.
The visual cues learned from the sticks start to become ingrained over time.
The only downside is the lack of printed instructions.
The QR code easily takes you to videos and online instructional usage, but I’d be happy with paper instructions.

Summary
Total Sticks Golf Alignment Sticks Training Aid has been a shocker for me.
They are total game changer for me and yet so simple. I think the 3 stick package is the way to go for value.
If I was going to pick just 1 stick, I’d get the full swing one as that had the most impact on my game improvement.
You can build a better golf game by getting the most basic part right: ball position and foot location.
There are lots of training aids out there, but Total Sticks Golf Alignment Sticks are one of the best I’ve used.
