Cart Sized Features
There is this perfect sweet spot when it comes to cart bags. They need to be big enough to carry everything we could ever imagine needing while playing golf, yet compact and light enough that we can carry it to and from our car as well as fitting with our playing partners bag on the back of a cart. The Vessel Golf Lux Cart II Bag is the perfect size and storage version of a cart bag. It has 13 pockets, weighs 8.3lbs and fits perfectly on a cart next to another bag.
The additional features like the pass through slot, the back straps to attach the bag to the cart basket, the lift up top pocket and the protector sleeve to keep the cart strap from rubbing on the bag make this perfectly designed for riding on a cart. The base sits solid and is well balanced on or off the cart. It is big enough to hold everything, while being functional doing it.
Pockets for Every Function
13 external pockets and 9 internal pockets mean that you can literally carry everything for your golf trip in this bag, not just for 18 holes. As you can see from the pictures, I traveled with my Vessel Golf Lux Cart II Bag to TPC Danzante Bay for a week of golf. I was able to pack everything I needed for golf in its variety of pockets. It is perfectly designed for 18 holes with the spine pockets magnetically sealed for quick access, plus the large zipper pocket at the bottom for extra balls and gear.
The other pockets carry gear, clothing, shoes, speakers, etc. The new features include the bonus secret pockets for things like Air Tags, valuables, interal lock, battery pockets, etc that set this bag apart from all others with safety and storage. I couldn’t find a pocket I was missing or needed for both travel and playing. The zippers are big, strong and pull easily in either direction. They are even weather-proof in-case you find yourself playing in less than ideal conditions.
High-End Form and Function
The Vessel Golf Lux Cart II Bag is not only the most functional bag you can buy, it is also the most stylish bag you can buy. They come in 4 color choices at the moment (there are often special releases throughout the year) White, Navy, Gray and Black. I went with the sleekest all black look that really popped with the IGR logo on the ball pocket. The synthetic leather holds up incredibly well to cart boys, in and out of the trunk, bag racks and cart straps. I love how after multiple rounds of wear and tear, it looks like new.
15-Way Top
I love 14-way tops on golf bags, cart, carry, or hybrid. The Vessel Golf Lux Cart II Bag is even one better with a 15-way top. This is the perfect set up for AZ since you need to have a desert club in your bag if you care at all about your irons. That way it isn’t wedged in with another club. It is also ideal for travel since I wouldn’t travel without a “stiff arm” or some sort of brace in my travel bag. Now it can have its own slot right in the middle without bracing against a club or stuffing clubs in multiple slots to make room.
Summary
The Vessel Golf Lux Cart II Bag is their best cart bag yet. Vessel just keeps making better and better bags. Every version is an improvement on the previous one with new features better storage, more function and killer looks. Unless I’m testing new golf bags, my clubs ride in a Vessel Golf Bag when I am using a cart. The 15-way top, 13 pockets, classy style, on-course function, travel features, durability and logo ball pocket make this the best cart bag you can buy.
