In 2012, Vice Golf crashed the golf industry with affordable golf balls with the same technology and performance as balls twice the price.

Their DTC model allowed them to cut out the middle-man along with not having any tour sponsored players which allowed them to pass that savings on to customers.

In 2026, the king of affordable golf does it again by offering 2 new putters with the hottest technology. The Vice Golf Zero Twist Putters are the real deal.

The VGP03 ZT blade style zero twist putter and the VGP04 ZT mallet style zero twist putter offer 2 options with great looks and even better performance.

One was a clear winner for me, but both offered that zero twist performance for stability and consistency on the green for $199 or $239.

Vice Golf Zero Twist Putters

Vice Golf created 2 zero twist putters for 2026. One is a mallet putter with a high CG and fangs, while the other is blade style putter with a thin flange and classic look. The Vice Golf Zero Twist Putters are all black with lime green accents.

They both have black shafts while the VGP04 ZT has a large oversized grip, the VGP03 ZT has a more traditional pistol grip.

I think they are both super solid options for the price. The blade style VGP03 ZT is $199 while the sold out mallet VGP04 ZT is $239.

These are good putters for the price, even if they didn’t have the zero twist technology.

They both have a vertical shaft which take very little adjustment time.

They both have milled faces and offer a solid feel at impact.

The VGP04 ZT is slightly more hollow feeling while the VGP03 ZT is more solid feeling like a traditional blade.

Best Putters 2026

VGP03 ZT Putter

Of the 2 Vice Golf Zero Twist Putters was my favorite was the blade style VGP03 ZT.

As a life long blade player, this one just fit my eye perfectly at address.

I liked how it felt at impact, and alignment was super easy and natural.

It also happened to be the $199 model which is rare that I’d like the less expensive of the two.

The milled face feels really nice. The make this head also in a non-zero twist model.

The classic look is good in both editions, but the zero twist technology works on the greens.

While initially most brands have only done zero twist in mallets, the introduction of blade zero twist putters has made me really happy as my preference remains looking down at some version of a blade putter.

This is one of the best looking, most classic blade version of a zero twist putter.

I made a whole bunch of putts with this in the bag.

It is certainly giving my gamer a run for its money.

VGP04 ZT Putter

The VGP04 ZT Putter is already sold out.

I’m sure Vice will have it back in stock shortly, but this winged mallet is incredibly stable.

It sits high on the fangs and offers that center shafted fanged mallet that many golfers love.

You can scoop up the ball easily with the fangs.

This one too has a milled face for a nice roll.

The design however has this one feeling just a touch more hollow than the VGP03 ZT putter.

The long fangs make it easy to align, but I found myself slightly less consistent with this putter compared to the blade model.

I think it is just my natural putting stroke fits better with the heel shafted blade than a center shafted mallet.

However other golfers are finding this putter better since it is sold out.

I don’t think you can go wrong either way for the price, but it really depends on your preferences.

Zero Twist Performance

I remain “all-in” on zero twist putters. The Vice Golf Zero Twist Putters offer all the hottest technology at 1/2 the price point.

Vice golf continues to be the king of affordable golf products. Personally the VGP03 ZT putter is the real game changer.

The classic look, blade style putter with zero twist doesn’t have many competitors in this segment right now.

Most brands, even the ones at $500 don’t have a blade style putter that looks this traditional.

Vice Golf has 2 options that are drastically different and fit 2 different golfers.

For me the VGP03 ZT blade putter made a few more putts per round along with being the favored look.

Style doesn’t always dictate performance, but in this case it certainly helped with a level of comfort and confidence.

Both putters however put a nice roll on the ball and the zero twist technology works.

Summary

If you are looking for a zero twist putter, but don’t want to drop $500+ on a new putter, the king of affordable golf did it again with the Vice Golf Zero Twist Putters.

They have the same technology and your choice of blade or mallet for either $199 or $239.

There is a reason the VGP04 ZT Putter is already sold out.

These are legitimate putters with the hottest technology.

While my preference was the VGP03 ZT Putter because of the blade style and success on the greens, you’ll need to decide which one you’ll roll better.

If you are still skeptical of the zero twist technology, you can afford to give it a try.
