If only I could afford a custom designed golf bag? BagBoy heard your cries for customization and created the Custom ZTF Stand Bag that you can make YOURS with over a 120 different combinations you can make depending on the base color and pockets you choose. I used this bag for 4 rounds of golf this spring and found it to be a great bag no matter how you customize it. It is very lightweight, has a great stand mechanism, excellent pockets, and good space.

ZTF
Zip-To-Fit is BagBoy’s changeable pocket system on this stand bag. It actually allows you to go from regular stand bag to Sunday bag by zipping off 3 pockets. This makes it even more lightweight than it is standard. But don’t worry there are Sunday Bag pockets underneath. It is a really impressive and ingenious system that holds the pockets on the bag. It is sleek, hidden and has almost no bulk meaning no one will actually seen or know that you can change pockets so easily, they might assume you have different bags. It is a quick and easy way to make the bag function the way you want it to and look how you want it to look.
Stand Bag
The BagBoy Custom ZTF Stand Bag has a 4-way top which is nice and big so it can easily hold all 14 clubs, keep them divided and make it easy to get them in and out. At the other end of the bag is nice tilt base which keeps the bottom flat to the ground whether standing straight up on a power cart or tilted with the legs deployed on the fairway. There is carry handle on the top for easy lifting as well as on the spine. The dual shoulder straps “self” balance making it easy to adjust and fit to your back. The option to go Sunday bag is really cool to if you are just hitting the range or a quick 9-holes on Sunday afternoon. Either way it is still very lightweight making it easy to carry.
Customized Pockets
The main event of the BagBoy Custom ZTF Stand Bag is the custom pocket options. Currently BagBoy has 5 options in stock to go with with their 5 base colors. They’ve had more options in the past which may com back. You can order extra ones a la carte so you can keep changing the bag down the road for $50. Since the Zip to Fit pockets are separate you can change one pocket, two pockets or all 3 as you want. It isn’t just a gimmick, the pockets themselves are really well done and hold a lot of gear if you stuff them. They fit nicely on the bag, almost unnoticeable that they can be zipped on and off. I’m a sucker for a white bag so I went all white for my base bag and then went ‘Merica for my custom pockets. It is an outstanding looking patriotic bag. If you want different colors and combos, you have over 120 combinations that can be made so you probably won’t see another golfer with the same combo.
Function
The BagBoy Custom ZTF Stand Bag works well for 3 different uses: Carry Bag, Push Cart and Power Cart. It is as multi-functional and multi-look as they come. The stand mechanism is built so that the top gap hits the push cart bracket perfectly so that the bag ride nice and doesn’t wiggle. As carry bag it balances nicely on the shoulders and because of it is lightweight, is easy to carry, especially in Sunday Bag mode. It is still big enough to work on a power cart while carrying everything you need and want for a round of golf. I’m impressed with the versatility and customization of this bag. The zippers are strong and easy on all 5 pockets. I like the full length one for bigger gear, with a smaller cooler slot pocket on the top of the side pocket along with good ball and accessory pockets on the spine.
